The most comprehensive plan available is the Gold plan, a total support solution for companies that desire maximum interaction with the award-winning Biodux support team. Unlike the Gold plan, the Silver plan does not include on-site support and software upgrades. The Bronze plan is ideal for companies requiring limited support, allowing them access to limited service and support options.

 

Online Support Portal: Our membership based website, within which you can place a support ticket, read knowledge based articles, download updates, view and pay invoice online.

 

Updates: Our software updates provide maintenance release or minor enhancement but does not improve your software to the next major version. A software update is sometimes called a software patch because it is applied over a software that is already installed. A software update does not provide a full software package installation.
